Mr. Jackson Tay Eng Kiat was appointed to the Board on 24 October 2019. With over 20 years of experience in accounts, finance, and corporate functions across both the public and private sectors, Mr. Tay has extensive expertise in overseeing financial management, operational leadership, corporate finance, and corporate strategy. His experience spans various areas, including business development, investor relations, sustainability, and corporate governance, both locally and internationally. Mr. Tay has held roles such as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer with several companies listed on the SGX-ST. Mr. Tay is also an Independent Director of OUE Healthcare Limited, a company listed on the Catalist Board of the SGX-ST. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Minor in Marketing) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. Mr. Tay was last elected as a Director of the Company on 28 April 2022. |
